In Nashville, I think it is far too easy to forget about the stars that get hidden behind the haze of the lights in the city. I do love living in the city. Alot. But when veered of onto Exit 11, a few miles past the South Carolina state line, I was beside myself. Stars were burning so brightly that they looked to be tumbling out of space, perhaps to land in some nearby farm field and roll around or something. I most assuredly confused each and every woodland creature that I zoomed past, as every few seconds I would flip my headlights off so that the magnificence of the night sky would be increased exponentially. Luckily, nothing hopped out into my path while I sped blindly down the highway, marveling at the stars. Ha.
So, I am in Greenwood for a few days. I had the weirdest dreams last night. Seriously.
